Our Fulfillment Policy

Refund Policy: At Rex Marketing and CX, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and results for our clients. Due to the nature of our work, there are no refunds for services that are currently in progress or have already been delivered. Refunds may be considered only for services that have not yet commenced, and only if a request is submitted within 7 days of the payment date. Shipping or Delivery Policy: All services are delivered electronically. For physical deliverables, such as printed marketing materials, we use reputable courier services with standard shipping rates. Shipping times may vary based on location, with an estimated delivery time of 7–10 business days. Physical deliveries are available only within the United States unless otherwise arranged. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

Return Policy and Process: As a digital service provider, our services and digital products cannot be returned. However, if you have received any physical items from us that are damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving the item. To request a return or replacement, contact us with proof of the issue, and we’ll provide you with further instructions. Returns are eligible only for damaged items and must be sent back in their original packaging within 14 days.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that circumstances may change, and clients may need to cancel services or subscriptions. Cancellations for ongoing monthly subscriptions must be submitted at least 14 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following period. For other contracted services, cancellations will be subject to the terms outlined in the service agreement signed at the start of the project.
